The client journey

A process built to remove guesswork.

Every engagement follows the same spine, scaled to the size of the project. You'll always know which stage we're in, what's needed from you, and what you'll receive.

  1. Discovery

We learn your business, goals, customers and the gap you need closed.

    What happens

A structured kickoff where we map your business objectives, audience, existing brand assets and the decision you want your customer to make.

    You provide

Brief, background docs, links to existing assets and any constraints (budget, timeline, channels).

    You receive

A signed project scope, timeline and a shared workspace with the discovery notes.

    Typical duration

    2–5 days

  2. Research

Market, competitor and audience research to ground every decision in evidence.

    What happens

We audit your category, closest competitors, audience behaviour and the visual/verbal codes already in play around you.

    You provide

Access to prior research, customer insights, analytics and any internal reports.

    You receive

A research summary with audience insights, competitor gaps and opportunity territories.

    Typical duration

    3–7 days

  3. Strategy

Positioning, messaging and a plan for what the work has to achieve.

    What happens

We define positioning, messaging hierarchy, creative territories and a clear brief for the design phase.

    You provide

Feedback on research, stakeholder input and confirmation on strategic direction.

    You receive

A strategy document with positioning, messaging framework and the approved creative route.

    Typical duration

    3–7 days

  4. Concept

Directions, territories and early routes explored before anything is polished.

    What happens

We explore 2–3 creative territories as sketches, style frames, wireframes or rough cuts — enough to choose a direction with confidence.

    You provide

Clear feedback on each route and a single chosen direction.

    You receive

Concept presentation with moodboards, style frames or wireframes and a rationale for the chosen route.

    Typical duration

    3–7 days

  5. Design

The chosen direction developed into full systems, screens or sequences.

    What happens

We build out the full design system, UI, identity suite, motion storyboard or print artwork depending on the engagement.

    You provide

Content, copy, product screenshots, photography or any missing source material.

    You receive

First full design presentation — screens, identity system, storyboard or artwork ready for review.

    Typical duration

    5–14 days

  6. Refinement

Structured review rounds until every detail earns its place.

    What happens

We run focused revision rounds, consolidating feedback into clear changes and flagging any scope shifts early.

    You provide

Consolidated feedback per round, ideally from a single decision-maker.

    You receive

Updated designs and a change log showing what was adjusted and why.

    Typical duration

    3–7 days

  7. Delivery

Production-ready files, guidelines and handover documentation.

    What happens

We package final assets, produce source files, write handover notes and transfer ownership once final payment is confirmed.

    You provide

Final sign-off and any last production specs (sizes, formats, print requirements).

    You receive

Final files, guidelines, source assets and a handover session if needed.

    Typical duration

    2–5 days

  8. Support

Ongoing help as you roll the work out — and as your business changes.

    What happens

We stay available for implementation questions, minor tweaks and future phases as the brand grows.

    You provide

Questions, rollout feedback and a view of what's next on the roadmap.

    You receive

Responsive support and a clear path to the next engagement or retainer.

    Typical duration

    Ongoing

Process FAQ

Process questions, answered.

It depends on scope. Selected motion projects can be delivered within 3 working days. A full brand identity runs 3–6 weeks, a website 4–8 weeks, and a multi-touchpoint campaign 6–10 weeks.
