Refund Policy

For creative project work (brand strategy and identity, web and product design, motion, film and 3D, print and environmental), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, provided work has not yet been delivered or accepted.

Once a project has begun, refunds are pro-rated to reflect work already completed and any third-party costs already committed on your behalf (for example print production, licensed stock, or media).

You can cancel a retainer at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current paid month; the remainder of that month stays available to you.

A renewal payment can be refunded within 30 days of that renewal where no retainer work has been delivered in the period covered.

Asset Library Pro access is a one-time purchase of instantly available digital goods. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, this purchase is non-refundable once any asset has been downloaded from your account.

If you have not downloaded any asset, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase and we will cancel your Pro access.

We will always refund a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorise, or a purchase where a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the library at all and we could not fix it.

By completing the Asset Library checkout you acknowledge that you are buying digital content available immediately, and that your right to withdraw ends once you download a file.

Email connectostudios1@gmail.com or call +234 906 556 8642 with your payment reference (for example CS-XXXXX) and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.

Card payments are refunded through Paystack to the original payment method. Bank transfer and Opay payments are refunded to the account the payment came from, so please include those account details in your request.

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days on top of that.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — in most cases we can resolve the issue faster directly. Where a chargeback is raised on a completed download purchase, we may suspend Asset Library access while the dispute is reviewed.
