Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Connecto Studios ("we", "us", "our"), a creative and brand studio based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter a contract, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

Connecto Studios provides creative and brand services, including brand strategy and identity, digital and product design, motion, film and 3D, and print and environmental design, delivered as project packages, custom engagements or monthly retainers.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the website and any client tools we provide within your selected plan.

You must not misuse the service. That includes: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; interfering with security (including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the site); reverse engineering or reselling the service; or circumventing technical limits.

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We retain ownership of the website, our tools, documentation and branding. Deliverables created for your project are handled per your project agreement.

You retain ownership of content you provide to us (briefs, assets, files). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service, and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Retainer subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

We work hard to keep the site and tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

When access ends, your account and project data may be deleted after a reasonable export window — contact us if you need a copy.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify Connecto Studios against claims arising from content you provide, unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
