Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Connecto Studios ("we", "us", "our"), a creative and brand studio based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to enter a contract, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or sell to, anyone under 18.

Connecto Studios provides creative and brand services, including brand strategy and identity, digital and product design, motion, film and 3D, and print and environmental design, delivered as project packages, custom engagements or monthly retainers.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the website and any client tools we provide within your selected plan.

You must not misuse the service. That includes: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; interfering with security (including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the site); reverse engineering or reselling the service; or circumventing technical limits.

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We retain ownership of the website, our tools, documentation and branding. Deliverables created for your project are handled per your project agreement.

You retain ownership of content you provide to us (briefs, assets, files). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service, and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Card payments are processed by Paystack, our payment processor. Connecto Studios remains the merchant of record for all orders. We also accept direct bank transfer and Opay payments, which are verified manually by our team.

For manual payments you submit a payment reference and may upload proof of payment. Your order stays pending until we verify the payment, and access or work begins only after verification. We may contact you if the payment cannot be matched.

Prices are shown in Naira and are inclusive of applicable Nigerian VAT. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by these terms and our Refund Policy. Retainer subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can request subscription changes or cancellations by contacting our support team.

Our Tax Identification Number appears on your receipt. Every confirmed payment receives a receipt by email.

The Asset Library contains digital design files offered in Free and Pro tiers. A free account is required to download any asset, including Free-tier assets, and download links are personal to your account.

Pro access is a one-time purchase that unlocks all Pro assets on your account permanently. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Licence granted: for every asset you download, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable licence to use, modify and combine the asset in unlimited personal and commercial projects of your own or of your clients.

You may not: resell, sublicense, redistribute or share the asset files themselves; upload them to another asset library, marketplace, stock site or template store; use them as the primary content of a product whose value is the asset itself (for example a template pack or print-on-demand file with little other creative input); claim authorship of the underlying asset; or register any asset — or a mark that is substantially the asset — as a trademark or logo.

You may not use assets for unlawful, hateful, defamatory or misleading purposes. No attribution is required, but it is welcome.

We retain ownership and copyright in all Asset Library files. This licence ends if you materially breach it; ordinary use of work you already published in good faith before that point is unaffected. Assets are provided "as is" and you are responsible for confirming they suit your intended use, including any third-party fonts or embedded elements they reference.

Refunds for Asset Library purchases are governed by our Refund Policy — digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded.

We work hard to keep the site and tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

When access ends, your account and project data may be deleted after a reasonable export window — contact us if you need a copy.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify Connecto Studios against claims arising from content you provide, unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
