The Problem

Property owners in hospitality were stuck managing inconsistency — chasing standards, reacting to operational failures, and treating a valuable asset like a source of stress instead of stability.

The Challenge

KleanLuxe needed a brand identity that could hold its own against how it wanted to be perceived: not as a cleaning or facility-services vendor, but as a private infrastructure partner for hospitality assets — authoritative, structured, and built for institutional-grade trust from day one.

The Strategy

We positioned KleanLuxe around a "systems, not service" narrative — replacing fragmented, task-based service-provider language with the language of stewardship, precision, reliability, and structure. The brand personality was built around The Ruler archetype: authoritative, composed, and commanding, paired with an underlying Caregiver instinct — leading through order, while existing to protect and preserve the value of every property it touches.

The Execution

A full identity system: logo and logomark, a considered clear-space and usage system, typography hierarchy, and a color palette (Alabaster Grey, Faded Copper, Soft Apricot, Onyx, Rich Mahogany, Crushed Berry, Evergreen, Sea Green) chosen for an earthy, premium tone rather than the clinical white/blue palette common in facilities services. The system was then extended across social media assets and a full suite of real-world brand applications — business cards, letterhead, stationery, packaging, delivery van livery, uniforms, amenities, and signage.
