The Problem
A new game studio needs to sell two things at once before it has shipped a single title: trust in the studio itself, and excitement for the specific worlds it's building — and most early-stage studios only manage one or the other.

Brand Identity
A visual identity for a game studio with two worlds to sell — the Lakree brand itself, and the dark fantasy of its flagship title, EmberWake.
A new game studio needs to sell two things at once before it has shipped a single title: trust in the studio itself, and excitement for the specific worlds it's building — and most early-stage studios only manage one or the other.
Build a identity system flexible enough to cover a bold, character-driven studio brand (Lakree Games itself) and a completely different tone for its flagship title EmberWake — a dark fantasy warrior story — without the two feeling like they belong to different companies.
Give the studio brand a loud, contemporary identity built around a roster of original characters and a red/black graffiti-influenced logotype, aimed at building a community around the studio itself — then let each game under that studio, starting with EmberWake, carry its own distinct visual world, tied back to Lakree only through a consistent logo lockup and quality bar.
Studio-level: a full character roster illustration set and "Coming Soon" key art, the Lakree Games wordmark and logo lockup, and brand application mockups across a gaming desk setup, laptop, and physical controller skins to show the identity living in the real world. Title-level: a cinematic main-menu showcase for EmberWake — armor, lion-crest iconography, and a moody forest environment — built to introduce the game's tone before a single second of gameplay is shown.
The Lakree Games identity launched alongside the studio's public reveal, giving them a cohesive brand across social platforms, merchandise mockups, and their EmberWake showcase from day one — rather than the fragmented, single-asset presence most early-stage studios go to market with. The system was built to extend cleanly to future titles under the Lakree name, so each new game can carry its own visual world without the studio having to rebuild its identity from scratch.
